Your work's not done once your vote is cast.

Some recent U.S. elections have been nearly derailed by problems people faced at their polling place. Mishandled paperwork. Malfunctioning machines. Confusing ballot cards. And even more issues have threatened to silence our voice on election day.

This year, safeguard your ballot by making sure your polling place is up to snuff. If you experienced anything unusual while voting, please record it here so that it's documented. If patterns exist, we will inform elections officials and representatives from your area so that they may investigate.

Your information will be used for the sole purpose of tracking patterns in voting problems and to contact you in the event an investigation takes place. On the right side of this page, you can follow updates by state and track irregularities at your polling place before they impact the most important election in American history.
